Many will recall Scott and Rusty&#8217;s 1980&#8217;s Seattle bands <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Room_Nine\">Room Nine<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/artisthome.org\/rusty-willoughby-unsung-hero-northwest-rock\/\">Pure Joy<\/a>, and later Rusty of course with one of the greatest NW bands of all time <a href=\"https:\/\/trouserpress.com\/reviews\/flop\/\">FLOP<\/a>. This is a kick off for Vashon Island&#8217;s Strawberry Festival, a midsummer classic on the island.
